July's Woodworks offers a complete custom product design service free of charge for your convenience. Our goal is to work together with our clients to create a product that exceeds their needs and desires in both elegance and functionality.

Our policy is as follows:

A member of the July's Woodworks team will meet with you in person for the initial consultation. This meeting will usually take place where the product is to be installed; place of residence, office, restaurant, etc.

The consultation will consist of a thorough evaluation including idea sharing, desired stains/finishes, size, shape and other features, etc., in order to develop the product as completely as possible.

After all product details have been discussed and established, a written proposal including a detailed estimate will be submitted in the days following the initial consultation.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimate is required*. Once the deposit is received, the manufacturing process will begin and an approximate time schedule will be established.

The balance of the invoice will be due at the time the product is delivered.

*For some products, a 100% deposit is required.
